Copper Foil Tapes

Copper Foil Tape is made up with copper foil carrier coated with high quality acrylic conductive adhesive laminated with paper release liner. Electric signal shielding mainly depends on excellent electrical conductivity of copper and magnetic shielding requires conductive material “nickel” of adhesive surface to achieve the function of magnetic shielding.

Application Usage:

Mainly used in electromagnetic shielding, sub-electric signal shielding and magnetic signal shielding.

Widely used in mobile phones, computers, laptops and other digital products.

Suitable for all kinds of transformers, PDAs, PDPs, LCD monitors, notebook computers, photocopiers and other electronic products within the electromagnetic shielding.

Ideal for use in grounding, soldering application and RFI / EMI shielding application in the electrical and electronic industries.

Aggressive acrylic adhesive forms a permanent bond to low surface energy materials.

The malleable copper foil conforms well to irregular shapes and surfaces.

Pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive is conductive using nickel and copper.
